The concept for OCHRE didn't begin with a business plan; it started with a shared obsession for high-quality coffee and the principles of user interface design. We looked at the traditional cafe experience and asked ourselves: how can we optimize the "user experience" of ordering and enjoying coffee in the physical world? We wanted every touchpoint to feel intentional, from the clean geometry of our minimalist coffee bean logo to the ergonomic weight of our ceramic mugs.

Building this space was an exercise in continuous iteration. Just like developing a digital product, we tested different lighting setups, seating arrangements, and workflow logics to see what felt the most natural. The result is a space that strips away the unnecessary, leaving only what is essential: great coffee, warm hospitality, and an environment that inspires creativity.
